About us

The most documented collateral in commercial credit goes unfinanced because nobody can afford to check all of it. Iridium makes checking every invoice cheaper than sampling some of them.

Lending against an invoice should be as safe as credit gets. The work is already done, and the debtor is known. The hard part has always been verifying the invoice is real, the work is delivered, and that the debtor will pay. Each check is manual, and a skipped check is how losses happen. Invoices that weren't what they claimed to be have left lenders with billions of dollars of exposure.

Labor constraints have meant the industry rations verification. Big invoices get the phone calls, small ones get sampled, and the market stays a fraction of what the collateral supports.

The constraint is infrastructure, not appetite. When verification runs systematically across the whole book, the economics of the trade change, and so does what a lender can safely fund. We're building that future, factor by factor.
